🌿 What to Expect in Your First Online Consultation 

 
Your first online consultation is a gentle space to begin exploring what support might look like for you. We’ll start by getting to know each other, discussing what brings you here and answering any questions you may have about the process. I’ll explain how online sessions work, go over confidentiality and safety and check in on how you’re feeling. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable—there’s no pressure. 
This session is also a chance to explore what kind of therapy might suit you best—whether that’s talking, creative expression, or a blend of both. Together, we’ll consider what you need right now and how I can support you. If it feels right to continue, we can discuss ongoing sessions at a pace that feels safe and supportive for you.
